Our machinery is comprised of the state of art machinery. Our production unit which has hi-tech machines for yeilding excellent results. we have a strong production capacity and can manage order in bulk along with precision and timely deliveries.

Sulzer : wider width weaving machines capable of producing widths ranging from 31” to 64”.

Quality Policy :

Quality Assurance is a fundamental and non-negotiable part of the way we do business. We continuously focus our manufacturing and allied practices on the concept of 'get it right - first time and every time'. To do so, our products, manufacturing process and equipment are rigorously and often checked for quality standards and process deviations.

The factory has a computerised qualtiy assurance team comprising of qualified and experienced technicians who are responsible for quality checks and monitoring of the shipments. Production samples of the fabrics are drawn at random to check the quality parameter of the fabrics and a final inspection of packed fabric at random is also done to approve the consignment for shipment. Every effort is made to ensure the highest quality fabrics for our valued customers.


Product Design & Development:

Design development and sampling forms a core part of our operations and a key differentiator in the way we do business. We have established a design studio which is managed by qualified designers from reputed fashion design institutes. We have an active library of over 20,000 designs for weaves, with an average of at least fifty new designs being added to the portfolio every day. This ongoing design development and extensive design database enables us to be a trendsetter in the market.
